maut probes

  • MxTTU
MxTTU™ significantly simplifies the testing of complex materials, from multi-bonded layers to honeycomb or foam cores.
  • TRM 0.7 MHz
The 0.7 MHz transducer module (TRM) is currently our lowest available frequency.
  • TRM 1.5 MHz
The 1.5 MHz transducer module (TRM) is at the lower end of our frequency range.
  • TRM 2.5 MHz
The 2.5 MHz transducer module (TRM) is well suited for testing thicker profiles and lower quality composite materials.
  • TRM 3.5 MHz
The 3.5 MHz transducer module (TRM) is an excellent choice for CFRP applications.
  • TRM 5 MHz
The 5 MHz transducer module (TRM) is in the middle of our range and is a fantastic all-rounder.
  • TRM 8 MHz
The 8 MHz transducer module (TRM) is an excellent choice for a wide range of metal applications.
  • TRM 10 MHz
The 10 MHz transducer module (TRM) is our highest frequency model and offers high sensitivity for testing thinner components.

Paut and ut probes

  • Transmitter (S) – Receiver (E) probe
Mainly used for testing corrosion, for detecting porosity and for testing rough surfaces or at high temperatures. Separate electrical control allows simultaneous transmission and reception.
  • Dual standard probe
    Mainly used for thickness testing.
    Standard probe
Mainly suitable for finding defects. Can be used parallel or slightly against the test surface (e.g. steel plate).
  • Standard probe with replaceable protective foil
Mainly suitable for searching for defects with a rough surface.
  • Standard probe with high impulse sequence
Mainly suitable for searching for defects. Can be used parallel or slightly against the test surface (e.g. steel plate).
  • Standard probe with low impulse sequence
Suitable for testing on non-metallic materials such as rubber or concrete
  • Immersion standard probe
Mainly used in situations where the test surface and the probe do not come into direct contact. Ideal for testing on rough surfaces. Automatic tests increase the scanning speed and thus shorten the test time.
  • Transverse angle probe
Mainly suitable for finding defects. Can be used perpendicular to or inclined against the test surface (e.g. weld seams).
  • Variable angle probe
This probe can be adapted to different requirements.
  • Surface wave probe
Mainly suitable for searching for defects on the surface and for surface crack depth.
  • Focusing transversal angle probe
Mainly suitable for searching for defects on the surface as well as on the surface crack depth.
