The iRis XT is a special system for the inspection of fuel tanks by customs authorities (control/detection of contraband), by security authorities (army, police), by industrial companies (tanks in combination with production machines as well as companies in the automotive sector).
The system is based on the well-known and reliable iRis DVR technology platform. The probe is specially insulated in accordance with the requirements of ATEX, Zone 3. The insertion tube is petrol and fuel resistant; the distal end is non-conductive and allows the user to ground the iRis to the test area.
