PHASED ARRAY ULTRASONIC TESTING (PAUT)
SyncScan 2 is a 32:128PR PAUT flaw detector with optional 2-channel TOFD that can improve your efficiency for PA and TOFD.
- Low weight: only 4 kg including battery.
- Faster scanning speed (approx. 3 meters/minute).
- Removable electric fan: cools the system at high temperatures.
- 1 or 2 ch-TOFD for your choice by license activation.
- Supports UT/PA/TOFD, suitable for welding, forging and sheet metal testing.
- 32-ch PA is more suitable for inspection of extra thick walls and high attenuation material.
- 32-channel PA and 2-channel TOFD work simultaneously for pressure vessel inspection (TOFD can measure thicknesses up to 100 mm).
- Supports Pitch and Catch (PR) mode, corrosion inspection with dual linear array probe.
- System connections: Encoder (supports biaxial encoding), SD card, USB 2pcs, VGA, Ethernet.
- Probe connections: 4 connections for UT/TOFD probes, 1 connection for PA probe.
