MI2 Sensor
The SMD®600 Plus can be upgraded at any time with either the MI2 sensor for superior detection of smartphones and mobile phones, or with the TDU including advanced IR processing for fully automatic, highly selective, and precise acquisition of maximum facial temperatures even under the harshest environmental conditions.
The SMD®600 Plus with integrated MI2 sensor offers unsurpassed versatility for personnel screening in applications requiring simultaneous detection of all metallic (magnetic and non-magnetic) firearms, as well as mobile phones and smartphones, including the smallest models with low metal content.
In this configuration, both sides of the passageway are equipped with two-color light bars (red and yellow) and 4-beam photocell modules.
