Advanced NDT system for blade inspection

The Dxbox-R1 is an advanced NDT system for blade inspection. It features a manual mobile tray, two doors for efficient loading and maintenance, and a robot arm that can operate 15 tools, ensuring precise and reliable testing.

Efficient (un)loading

The Dxbox-R1 features a rail-mounted drawer for easy handling of trays with parts. It improves workflow efficiency and reduces operator effort during loading and unloading.

Precise manipulation

The system features a 6-axis robot with a load capacity of 10 kg (22 lbs), enabling optimal positioning.

Tools rack

The robot can operate various part-specific tools and moves them using a pneumatic gripper with a ball-pin locking system. An unlimited number of tools can be connected.

Easy learning

By manually entering the data for the first and last blade positions, the system can automatically determine the positions of all other blades on the tray.
