The latest features for enhanced security are available on the Metor 6S. Calibration protection, Power Guard, and status violation protect against unwanted tampering with the machine. Fully configurable user levels allow unprecedented control over who can view and change the Metor 6S settings.

Advanced Features for Easier Usability

Automatic sensitivity and ground sensitivity functions simplify the calibration process and eliminate the time-consuming trial-and-error method.
The automated frequency function selects the optimal operating frequency for the installation environment or when using more than one unit side-by-side.
Preset detection programs – The Metor 6S comes with several preset detection programs for the different NIJ-0601.02 levels, as well as for detecting small magnetic or non-magnetic objects and objects made of mixed alloys, which are ready for immediate use.

Random Alarm Function

The Metor 6S features a random alarm function that allows security personnel to randomly select individuals for an additional security check.
With the new dual random alarm feature, individuals who trigger a normal alarm are also subject to a random alarm.

Intelligent Traffic Counters for Reliable Statistics

The Metor 6S is built with intelligent and virtually invisible traffic counters integrated into the coil panels. Counters are bidirectional with a decrease mode. Alarms, people, and alarm rates can all be counted

With its immunity to electromagnetic interference and vibrations, the Metor 6S is easy to install in the most demanding environments. Several units can be placed in close proximity to one another, which increases flexibility when planning an installation.
