Magnetic particle concentrate

  • Aqueous concentrate for magnetic particle testing
  • Can be diluted 1:50 with water (ready-to-use solution of the concentrates)
  • MR® 158 -R GF (aerosol can) without flammable propellants -> ECO-Line
  • MR 158-R K with increased corrosion protection (dilution 1:40)
  • Crack indication (UV) yellow-green fluorescent
  • Sediment volume (30 min) 0.1 – 0.2 ml/ 100ml
  • Average grain size as 4 – 6 µm
  • Mild odor

Minimum shelf life / Temperatures

Aerosol: 2 years at a storage temperature of + 5 °C – + 30 °C
Container: 2 years at a storage temperature of + 5 °C – + 45 °C
Application: + 5 °C – + 100 °C
