The most modern security standards require the detection of all weapons made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as those manufactured from special non-magnetic alloys. The HI-PE Plus detects firearms and knives of this type, even when hidden in body cavities, and accurately displays the position of the threat, its intensity, and its predominant composition. This provides inspection personnel with comprehensive information about the metal object, allowing them to act with maximum effectiveness and safety according to procedures.

Setting security levels could not be easier or more versatile than with the HI-PE Plus.
Users can select directly from recognized international standards or request the implementation of a standard tailored to their own requirements. Additionally, they can create their own program and save it in internal memory for later use.
Chip card system for quick, easy, and secure parameter changes (e.g., alarm volume and tone, counter readings, etc., as well as security level selection).
A unique feature of CEIA metal detectors is the chip card system, which allows security management to set the security level quickly and reliably without any programming of the device.
Each security standard can be extended with a selectable random alarm probability.
High discrimination performance and high throughput

Accurate signaling is essential for optimal operation and flow management. The detector offers the user fully programmable signaling. Both inputs can indicate—with high precision and even simultaneously—the vertical and lateral passage areas of detected threats and can also be configured as a “traffic light” to control passage through the detector.
