MR® 3002

Universal Cleaner

  • Mild alkaline, environmentally friendly cleaner with high grease dissolving power
  • Pre-cleaner for penetrant testing according to DIN EN ISO 3452-1
  • Free from solvents, acid and phosphate
  • pH value: Concentrate 13.45, 1% dilution 10.30

The surfactants contained comply with the requirements of the RVO on the Detergents and Cleansers Act and the provisions of the Surfactants Ordinance (TensVO) of 04.06.1985 > 90% biodegradable.

Minimum shelf life / Temperatures

Container: 2 years at storage temperature
Storage: + 5 °C – + 45 °C
Application: + 10 °C – + 50 °C

Application areas

  • Can be used for metallic surfaces, machines, workshop floors, tanks
  • Neutral to metal, most paints and plastics

Application

Dilution ratio with water:

  • Metallic surfaces: 1:3 to 1:10 (depending on the degree of contamination)
  • Workshop floors: 1:20
