height=\"2000\"><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;energia di fluorescenza viene trasferita a un rivelatore, dove viene assorbita e convertita in un segnale elettrico e quindi in un numero (digitalizzata).<\/p>\n<p>I risultati possono essere visualizzati in forma di percentuali o come spettro. Il dispositivo XRF elabora (digitalizza, conta) circa 200.000 o pi\u00f9 raggi X al secondo. Questi raggi X rilevati formano uno spettro. Ogni picco nello spettro proviene da una radiazione X caratteristica emessa da un determinato elemento come Cr o Ni, ecc. L&#8217;altezza del picco \u00e8 proporzionale alla concentrazione dell&#8217;elemento.
