I dispositivi di prova per vuoto VSP e le campane a vuoto vengono utilizzati in particolare per la ricerca di perdite nei casi in cui i provini sono accessibili solo da un lato o quando si tratta di costruzioni aperte (ad esempio, nei fondi dei serbatoi o nelle vasche di raccolta). Successivamente, l&#8217;area di prova viene coperta con una campana a vuoto. La campana a vuoto \u00e8 collegata al dispositivo di prova per vuoto tramite un tubo flessibile per vuoto e viene evacuata in pochi secondi quando la valvola viene azionata.  <\/p><p>I robusti obl\u00f2 in plastica flessibile altamente trasparente, adattati alla geometria dell&#8217;area di prova, sono incorniciati con gomma profilata e dotati di una speciale guarnizione in gomma morbida. Per l&#8217;evacuazione della campana a vuoto si utilizzano valvole liberamente ruotabili e a tenuta stagna in qualsiasi orientamento, con raccordo conico per il tubo flessibile per vuoto da 1\/2\u2033. <\/p><p>Sotto l&#8217;obl\u00f2 della campana a vuoto ventilata, in caso di difetti passanti, si forma un fungo di schiuma a causa dell&#8217;aria che fluisce attraverso questo punto. Per il completamento in un dispositivo di prova per vuoto VSP, le pompe per vuoto vengono installate insieme a tutti i gruppi ausiliari in un robusto telaio in tubi d&#8217;acciaio saldato. Grazie alla loro elevata assenza di manutenzione e al loro design robusto e coerente, adatto al cantiere, i dispositivi di prova per vuoto VSP si sono dimostrati particolarmente validi anche negli
