Les d\u00e9tecteurs de fuites VSP et les cloches \u00e0 vide sont notamment utilis\u00e9s pour la recherche de fuites dans les cas o\u00f9 les pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler ne sont accessibles que d\u2019un seul c\u00f4t\u00e9 ou lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de constructions ouvertes (par exemple, les fonds de r\u00e9servoirs ou les cuves de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration). Ensuite, la zone de contr\u00f4le est recouverte d\u2019une cloche \u00e0 vide. La cloche \u00e0 vide est reli\u00e9e au d\u00e9tecteur de fuites par un tuyau \u00e0 vide et est mise sous vide en quelques secondes lorsque la vanne est actionn\u00e9e.  <\/p><p>Les hublots r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 la rupture, adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de la zone de contr\u00f4le et fabriqu\u00e9s en plastique flexible hautement transparent, sont bord\u00e9s de caoutchouc profil\u00e9 et dot\u00e9s d\u2019un joint sp\u00e9cial en caoutchouc souple. L\u2019\u00e9vacuation de la cloche \u00e0 vide est assur\u00e9e par des vannes pivotantes qui s\u2019\u00e9tanchent dans n\u2019importe quelle orientation et qui sont dot\u00e9es d\u2019un raccord conique pour le tuyau \u00e0 vide de 1\/2 pouce. <\/p><p>Sous le hublot de la cloche \u00e0 vide purg\u00e9e, un champignon de mousse se forme en cas de d\u00e9fauts continus en raison de l\u2019air qui s\u2019y infiltre. Pour compl\u00e9ter un d\u00e9tecteur de fuites VSP, les pompes \u00e0 vide sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9es avec tous les agr\u00e9gats suppl\u00e9mentaires dans un cadre stable en tubes d\u2019acier soud\u00e9s. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur absence quasi totale d\u2019entretien et \u00e0 leur conception robuste et syst\u00e9matiquement adapt\u00e9e aux chantiers, les d\u00e9tecteurs de fuites VSP ont fait leurs
