(1.6 kg), improved heat dissipation, and completely updated software and processing electronics. <\/p><p>The Z-902 is also leading the way with the first \u201cDual Burn\u201d technology. Users can use either an \u201cair burn\u201d method or an argon purge with the Z-902 for applications requiring higher precision and lower detection limits. <\/p><p>The analyzer uses two spectrometers to extend the wavelength range to 190 \u2013 620 nm. The instrument is factory calibrated for a range of 15 to 20 elements, depending on the application. Or, operators can use the associated Profile Builder software package to customize specific elements, their own calibration standards, and spectral processing. The Z-902+ can be set up to measure the emissions of any element.
